If you answered yes to any of the above questions - I'm here to give you one of the missing pieces of the puzzle. Will power alone is often not enough to solve most of our deepest problems. This is because the human mind is made up of two aspects: the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.
The conscious mind is where you'll find most of your everyday thinking - your thoughts and opinions that you are aware of. It is the conscious mind that exerts "will power". The subconscious mind is your action center. The subconscious mind is in charge of making things happen. Most of what you say and do comes from the subconscious mind. An analogy of how the conscious and subconscious minds work can be illustrated by a person riding an elephant. The person represents the conscious mind and the elephant represents the subconscious mind. Although the person is directing the elephant, ultimately it is the elephant who is performing all the actions.
The subconscious mind - like the elephant - is far more powerful than the person riding it. The person riding the elephant has to be careful to train the elephant well in order to get the most out of the relationship. Similarly, we need to learn how to use our conscious mind to properly program our subsconscious mind so that it serves us in the highest and best way.

At the beginning of a session the client states what changes s/he would like to see in his/her life. Some examples include attracting more love, releasing relationship/emotional issues, releasing past trauma, resolving health issues, or learning how to feel more empowering feelings and how to stop feeling other less empowering feelings. The possibilities are endless. Once the intention for the session has been decided, through a conversation we find, through divine guidance, what changes to make in order to create our desired shift.
